Love the ease of this bed. However, because we purchased it new from a reseller and not a retail seller they will not warranty it. We had it for 1 year and there is a slow leak we cannot find. When contacted the company they would not warranty the bed. These are not cheap beds and it should not matter where it was purchased from.
