We allows returns on products purchased directly from their website within 30 days of the invoice date, provided the item is in new, unopened condition. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee. For specific product categories, like large televisions and monitors, certain conditions may apply, such as inspecting for damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your return or refund is approved, typically it will 3-5 business days for your replacement to ship. It will typically take 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).Items not eligible for return include:

• Products not purchased from SereneLife.
• Products without original packaging, missing accessories, or altered labels.
• Items showing physical damage or tampering.
• Products with removed UPC codes.
• Products that have been customized or modified.
  

Certain items can only be returned for a replacement, not a refund, within 30 days of the invoice date. If the same item is unavailable, SereneLife will issue a gift card for the original purchase price.

If we no longer carries the item or it is out of stock, a full refund will be issued if the product is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. For returns made after 30 days, a store credit based on the current market value of the product will be provided, though it will not exceed the original purchase price.

Unused or unredeemed services and extended warranties can be returned for a refund within 90 days of the invoice date. These items are non-replaceable and can only be refunded if not used.
