I do like it but the mat doesn’t stick to tub. Does not heat in fact seems to cool the water. I need more sticky tabs

I bought this from a reputable seller on eBay who assured me it was brand new and he had turned on only once for testing. When I received it I set it up and, sure enough, it worked great -- for about 10 minutes. Then it shut off and when I tried to turn it on again it only ran a few seconds and then turned off. I've tried to turn it on again many times and it either only runs for a few seconds or else doesn't turn on at all. It also sometimes makes weird noises when it's trying to start up. Is there anyone from this company who can help me with this?

I brought this off of Amazon and It had hair all over it and it just looked used and it barely even worked and it had brown stuff all on the bottom…… I don’t recommend buying this product on Amazon or on here… stay safe ✌🏾
