After countless emails back and forth. Having to change my images to pdf format so they can “review” my issue. Explaining that I am frustrated because the “E5” error code I am receiving on my system is not listed in the manual and therefore I am unable to find a solution. There’s nothing online to help me fiz this system with the issue I am having. They ended up telling me that the, “E5 means the water motor feedback is faulty.“ and they requested my invoice multiple times after I sent it over showing I didn’t have access to it through the app. Finally got the invoice emailed from Amazon and sent it over. ZERO RESPONSE. I’m livid. It’s hot, I bought this last year because of the summer heat and I barely got 6 months with it cooling my room. Your customer service is ridiculous and I need answers now. It’s been over 7-business days since I have reached out looking for a resolution. Why is it so difficult.

Great product! Easy to install! It cools a good size room really well. It’s fairly quiet while running. I love the swing function where it directs the air up and down. I really like that it has a timer(1-24hrs) I haven’t tried the dehumidifier feature yet, but it’s also nice feature. Great price for the quality!
