My kids (5, 9 and 13) love this trampoline, but Im having the same issue as other reviewers. The padded frame cover is ripping in spots over the hardware it is supposed to be protecting them from.Update: The company is great, and worked to make it right. I received a replacement trampoline and a full refund. This time I'll be coving the hardware with some duct tape to hopefully prevent the tearing as my kids use this all the time!

It is very well made and sturdy. It took me a couple of hours to assemble it. I am 62. My 86 year old mother helped me open the tramp surface. It was difficult to stretch the cover over the "springs," but it was worth the effort. Mom tried it out for me. I am thrilled that my grandkids will be able to use it for many, many years.

The trampoline was easy to set up and my daughter loves it. But, only after a couple weeks, the cover started to rip in many places.I contacted the customer service through the website and they sent out a replacement quickly.

Not only is this a jumping place, but its perfect for naps and to just have the toys hang out and play on. Best Christmas present ever for use every day

You need two people to assemble this and make sure to have a few back up screws. Luckily my husband is handy.
