I love it. I use it for detox and weight loss. I have Lyme disease and infrared is highly recommended. A few ppl in our support group use this one too. It’s easy and portable. Effective.

I absolutely love this sauna! It takes 5 minutes to set up, it heats up in about 15 minutes tops and it works incredible! I’m 6ft and 250 and I fit in there perfectly fine, the chair is good for the time spent in there as well. I’ve used it everyday since I received it, I look forward to using it daily!

It arrived fast and is exactly what I was looking for to detox. It's easy to set up and helps us sweat out our toxins like CRAZY!!! Expect to be soaking wet after 2O minutes. I love it!!!
