This is an awesome drone for a beginner. Although it does have thin wiring inside the propellers, if you crash it it's likely to come loose. Instead of trying to risk resoldering it, I requested a new one from Amazon. I was doing some pretty risky maneuvers with it by trying to use it to bring a line over a 50' to 60' tall branch, so I could cut it down with a rope saw. So on the second one, I messed up the propeller gaurds when it got stuck on the branch. It still worked after I got it down by cutting the branch by other means. However one of the propellers kept hitting the guard, so I requested another return from the seller. If you don't damage it, too bad I think this is a great starter drone, because it Flys and handles pretty good for the price range. It's much better than the first drone I bought.

It's worked good so far. However, it can't be used below a certain temperature outside and we've been having a long cold period. Looking forward to use it more when the temperature rises.

Nice drone to prepare for bigger ones. Not very stable in moderate to high winds. Fun to fly and take video and still pictures. Flight time is longer than others in this price range, I just make sure both batteries are fully charged, which gives you about 30 minutes of flight time. I would highly recommend as a starter drone.
