I ordered a gray chair with gray cushions, I received a black chair wit khaki cushions and the base and parts a totally different than what is being advertised in the website as well as in the very own product’s user manual.
Not only I received something totally different, but also it didn’t make any sense to me that pictures and manual don’t match what came in the box. Even though what I received could be a functional product despite the differences. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied about not getting the specific grey color that I wanted for the intended purpose. I contacted costumer service about the issue and I have yet to receive an answer on how and when my order will be fixed/replace.
