I had this board replaced 1 time within the warranty, then the 2nd board the seal came apart while out in the middle of the water! This of course happened soon after my warranty was up. This was very scary and I contacted the company and they did refund $100 but wouldn't replace the board. Just want to let anyone know because it was very scary! I've also had older boards from this company (which still work fine) and they are much better quality. This board I've also replaced the fin 3 or 4 times as well because the part that connects it broke. This company definitely lost a loyal customer after this one.
