I've been using this machine for 3 years. I've had no issues with it. When it gets a little squeaky, I just adjust and lubricate. Two things that would improve my experience: Being able to use my heart rate watch with Fitshow; and have more pre-programmed settings. I've gotten so strong on this thing, I'm always creating my own.
This is a great machine because it is compact and will lean against a wall or slide under your bed. I suggest you get a pad or use something to catch your sweat.

Be aware that If the pull strap breaks (and it will through normal use) the company does not offer replacement parts. Unconscionable in my view, but I guess we're a throw-away society. Save your money.
