The PRO is that it makes your feet feel warm and massages them so they feel good. It is better than a water fill type foot massage because you don't have to tote water. It also massages those things on the bottom of your feet that make other parts feel good - like your head or neck. You can't wear socks with this unless you have little feet (under size 8). Mine are size 10 womens and they just fit snugly. CON the machine is large - like ottoman large. Not quite as tall as an ottoman, but it takes up some space. It has a remote which is not logical or user friendly, if you just lean forward a bit you can reach all the adjustments on the massager directly so you don't really need the remote.Overall, it is a good foot massager, especially comparing the price = this one really does a good strong massage all over your feet. I sent back another one that advertised a "bottom of the foot pressure point massage" and came no where close to doing that for $100 more.
