Customer service is terrible. Package was stolen and they aren't willing to offer a new one or refund. Was given the run around, they told me to contact a third party company that does the packaging and shipping. I contacted the third party and they told me to contact DHS commerce than they told me to contact the manufacturer than I was routed back to contact USPS to file a claim but I can't file a claim because I'm not the one who shipped it. This is such a huge inconvenience and the customer service doesn't care
